It’s an incredible honor to accept Terakeet ’s Values in Action award for Excellence!
I’m fortunate to get to work with some truly talented and amazing people every single day.

I switched from too much coffee to green tea about 16 years ago.
Then my second child was born and I needed too much coffee again. 🙄

Went to a Pizza Hut for lunch. It was empty except for this family of skeletons.
It was delicious. But I have questions.
Thanks Wil!
If true, we both know they aren’t doing it to be nice.
They’re only motivated by money and optics.
This would help them claim something stupid like “AI search resulted in 50% more clicks to websites” in their next press event.
I wonder if this is Google‘s way of trying to click-bait more traffic to websites to make up for all the traffic losses
It's incredibly rewarding to work for a company that supports the Syracuse community in so many ways. I couldn't think of a better way to give back than making sure young minds flourish!

Interesting , but it seems like an unnecessary step since models are trained to read and interpret content the way it appears on the web
I could be missing something. What would the benefit be?
Everything you post is real, raw, and sincere. I appreciate you.
Every single failure in my life empowers me, invigorates me, and proves that I’m not watching life happen through a window.
This is what a brand crisis looks like as it erupts in the media and permeates the SERP.

You can only pick one. Which do you choose?
1) Ranking #1 in traditional results
2) First citation in AI Overview
3) Brand/website included in AI answer
Depends on my goals as a business. If it’s to build awareness and drive brand dimensions, I choose the AI overview.
If it’s too correct the narrative in control my story then I choose the citation
If I want to drive traffic while I guess I might choose organic position one.
We are one step closer to AI Mode becoming Google's default search mode. Now, on mobile, you can ask followup questions to AI Overview responses.

Personal Intelligence is now in AI Mode.
Users can now connect Gmail and Google Photos to personalize AI Mode.
If you get a promo email from a brand with 20% off mens shirts, and ask AI Mode for recommendations, will that email influence the response?
Is email marketing the new #SEO?
It’s certainly interesting. I’ve seen similar charts from other sources that show the same thing.
And when you account for Google’s AI Mode, I wonder how much market share Google has collectively.
Wow. Gaming sure took a punch

I love seeing businesses giving back @markwilliamscook.com ! That’s an excellent cause to support.
Funny how sometimes you just notice something that's probably been there for years.
I just realized the "o" that corresponds to the page you are on turns blue.
