Thank you all from the bottom of this dogs heart, I will get this backlog cleared as fast as we can and then focus on making the company bigger with more offerings than we had planned before. I'm just sorry you can't join in the stream and watch it unfold.

-We are still working on a major rework, we don't have the option of the space we did before as it has been sold. We may not even set the new space up here in this province. More on that as it develops.
Rest assured wherever we end up, the quality will only get better.
-Unlike in the past, you may see a shipping label a few days before it actually hits the postal stream. Due to the sheer qty of stickers we are printing I am creating the artwork and the shipping label in one process to speed up the production. This will only last while we print back orders.
-For those in the queue, i will be adding in extra stickers to compensate for the delay you have faced. This is done at my cost. Newer orders wont get as much as the delay has been shorter.
-All stickers are being made by us still at the old shop. I'm sorry to say this batch wont have the EZ Peel
-As of right now the discount code on the site is still active and will end tonight at midnight, if you wanna get in on the reduced price, now is the time.
UPDATE!
We are getting started on the backlog of stickers as of this morning. The process to get the new studio has stalled for the time being and you have all been patient enough waiting for us.
We will still be getting our own studio space but as the bank is being a turd we are delaying it.

We are hoping to make an update post this week outlining what’s been going on for the last couple of months. The bank we are working with has taken today and tomorrow off so we are pushed back a couple of days, but we will update you as soon as we can. Thank you everyone for your patience!

all orders now to ensure they have the right CUSMA exemption paperwork as currently Shopify is ignoring the country of origin and the HS code on products.
We noticed today that Shopify, our website host, implemented a system to collect import tariffs into the USA. They did not inform us they did so and as we didn't opt in, all orders to the US were not able to pick shipping.
I added a new flat rate option to cover the US as I have to manually ship
We will be adding card stock also soooon, right now I have satin photo paper for prints, thanks for the shout out <3

The new cutter is also faster than the current unit and we can use it to offer (once the new material is quality tested) full holographic

Why the new setup? Well, this studio space will be 100% owned by us and focused only on fandom orders. Before I was running a split setup to support the equipment, the printer will be even faster
Once the new discount is in place you can place an order for future production on the new printer, the timeline is NOT FIXED!
There will be a box to check that you understand the orders placed at the discounted rate will be produced once the new setup is in place. This can take up to 6 weeks.
