I’ve also started re-watching The Wire & it def holds up. I expected to be underwhelmed & maybe that will be the case in later seasons. (I do remember a shark-jumping incident late in the series.) But so far it’s as great as I remembered.

I’m a mom who flew internationally with a potty-training toddler two days before 9-11 & in the years after, & I’m still traumatized. Holding a thought for families traveling with little kids now that ICE is moving into airports.
