Awesome weekends for Jhonny Level, Dakota Jordan, and Argenis Cayama ... but everyone paled in comparison to Cam Maldonado

I am so happy that Heliot Ramos has found his swing
HELIOT RAMOS HOME RUNNNNNN!!!!!!! LFG!!!!!
defensively he most certainly is
I really hope Daniel Susac keeps hitting and Patrick Bailey figures things out.
I really fear that Daniel Susac will stop hitting, and Patrick Bailey's confidence will be tanked a bit in the process.
Daniel Susac getting another start, even with Logan Webb on the mound.
1. Willy Adames (SS)
2. Luis Arráez (2B)
3. Matt Chapman (3B)
4. Rafael Devers (1B)
5. Casey Schmitt (DH)
6. Jung Hoo Lee (RF)
7. Heliot Ramos (LF)
8. Daniel Susac (C)
9. Drew Gilbert (CF)
RHP. Logan Webb
they moved him to AA to make space for Hentges' rehab in Sacramento and last night sadly did not go well for him
oh, this bsky.app/profile/gian...
I'd say that's a slight mischaracterization of Bednar, since he only has 2 appearances and just got rocked last night in AA
Giants salvaged a win, but that was a very amateur hour series. 7 total runs in 3 games at a hitter's paradise. an outfielder unable to find his glove. a blatant dropped ball that would have resulted in a high-leverage double that goes unchallenged. just some JV stuff right now.
what in the world is Sal Stewart pissy about
P.J. Higgins breaks up Landen Roupp's no-hitter with a leadoff single in the 6th inning
Well, Landen Roupp is awesome at least
Eugenio Suárez breaks up Landen Roupp's perfect game with a 1-out walk in the 2nd inning
Landen Roupp K counter: 2
Landen Roupp K counter: 1
Willy Adames breaks up Chase Burns' perfect game with a 2-out single in the 1st inning
AI really is so good at writing about sports, y'all
Twitter headline: "Giants prospect Bryce Eldridge crushes three-run homer in triple-A debut at-bat"
wow, huge news from twitter, bryce eldridge finally made it to AAA
tl;dr is this: these don't feel like things smart teams do
anyway, all respect to two very nice guys who are having feel-good seasons, but if the Giants new lineup heavily features Will Brennan and Daniel Susac, I might have to start using up a lot of PTO
desperate times call for desperate measures, but desperate measures in baseball usually make you look dumb
Patrick Bailey is a franchise catcher with the best defense in baseball. Daniel Susac is a guy who hit below average in AAA last year and the A's got to watch closely and decided they'd leave unprotected because they had Austin Wynns. This is not a mid-April move.
Giants are struggling and gotta press buttons, but this feels like very poor process to me. Way too early in the season to do this kind of stuff, and it only serves to hurt each player when they invariably regress to their true talent levels
I get that the Giants are slumping and need an injection of something, but I personally do not think benching Heliot Ramos for consecutive gates in favor of Will Brennan should be that thing.
what did he say that makes you think that? that would be shocking
