#portfolioday I'm a freelance illustrator, specializing in characters and mecha. Lately I've been doing work for tabletop RPGs, and I make comics and zines when I can find the time.

eventually the designs evolved into these bubble suits, which i think go a long way in evoking a feeling of alien-ness

the general idea was that these two would investigate a megastructure that had consumed the earth and inner planets. i did a lot of style exploration but the story didn't really go anywhere

light passing overhead. in 2020 i was developing far-future (post-) cyberpunk characters and story

i'm not much of a physics guy but i've read a lot of that stuff and i always feel like the scenarios are very platonic. no junk info, no having to discriminate between individual pixels, cameras always facing the right way, etc
