Forget me not flowers in our sunny garden

You counted, you waited, and now...the #BigGardenBirdwatch results are officially in!
But who has claimed the number one spot for 2026? 🥇
Head here for the full breakdown: www.rspb.org.uk/whats-happen...
Wow wow wow!!! 🤩
A Kingfisher perches on a curved branch above golden water, its bright blue back and orange chest glowing in warm light. The reflection of the curved branch in the water below forms an imperfect circle beneath it, creating a striking moment.
A Little Egret steps delicately through shallow water, its slender black legs and white feathers sharply reflected below.
A Lapwing stands in still, shallow water, its black-and-white plumage and wispy crest clearly visible. Its reflection sits almost perfectly beneath it, doubled in the calm surface with soft reeds around the edges.
We heard today's #BirdOfTheDay theme was #reflection... and couldn't resist joining in with these stunners.

Why is the video 10 hours long? 🤣
I heard the fairy’s voice in my head as soon as I saw this ☺️

This is super old, from October 2023! I’ve sold a ton of prints of this one until I retired it from the shop last year. You can literally see how much
I’ve improved :) but I still love it!

• Wear something blue (pyjamas count!) and/or • Dig out your best cups and saucers and/or • Bake or buy your favourite cake and/or • Post a photo of your tea party set-up to social media and/or • Invite others to enjoy tea and cake with you in-person, via video call, or by sharing photos and/or • Donate the price you'd pay in a café to an M.E. charity and/or • Connect with others online who are doing the same, by commenting on their posts
Blue Sunday fundraises for ME/CFS causes only. With decades of neglect, Anna feels it is vital that Blue Sunday remain solely for the benefit of ME/CFS charities and causes. Fundraising events and activities held on/for Blue Sunday should aim to be as inclusive of the ME/CFS community as possible, and should not be exercise or endurance based. Please do not take images from Anna's website or social media pages, with the exception of these two graphics.
Anna Redshaw's annual Blue Sunday Tea Party for M.E. will take place on Sunday 17th May - and you're all invited!
The idea is simple - bring out your best tea cups, enjoy a bit of cake, invite the neighbours if you're able, and raise money for ME/CFS charities while having a cuppa!
Have you paused to listen lately? Chiffchaffs calling, Blackbirds in full song, and the first Swallows on the wing.
Which spring sound always makes you smile? 🎵

Hi! 👋☺️
This is my absolute favourite sound in the world 🥰 and what a beautiful area!
A Nuthatch perched on the rim of an earthen pot, its head is tilted downwards inside the pot, as though searching for a weekend that disappeared all too quickly.

Such beautiful reflections 😍
Wow, stunning!
Oh no, I missed this! I’ll have to go find it to watch 😁
Always happy to see any of your photography 😁
A Long-tailed Tit is captured mid-flight, silhouetted against the golden light of a rising sun. Its delicate wings are fully outstretched, glowing amber at the edges as the sunlight filters through. The blurred outline of trees forms a dark contrast in the background, framing the bird’s graceful ascent. A perfect moment of movement and light, reflecting the lengthening days of early spring.
Brighter mornings, a lighter step, and a Long-tailed Tit soaring towards spring...
Happy #FlyDay!
