Woke up mid-wetting today, not sure if I should be worried or if I should just buy more diapers

Hate food poisoning.. had to hop in the shower this morning undies and all because I woke up mid-accident. I’ve sporadically wet the bed as an adult but never messed. And of course, no diaper in sight just like my other legit accidents.
