PLAMseq enables the proteo-genomic characterization of chromatin-associated proteins and protein interactions in a single workflow PLAMseq enables performance of genomics and proteomics of chromatin-associated proteins and protein interactions simultaneously.

Our PLAMseq paper is out today in @ScienceAdvances . We developed a TurboID-based protein-genomic approach to map proteins and protein interactions in the genome. Validated with CTCF and RNApolII. Applied to map Histone H1 SUMOylation genomic loci.

Just a moment... Verifying you are human. This may take a few seconds.

We will continue using cutting edge (we just developed them) proteogenomics approaches such as PLAMseq (www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1... )to estudy the role of Ubiquitin and SUMO in genome biology.

Thanks a lot Rosa! We would not have come with this idea without the previous SUMO-ID article from your lab!

Spearheaded By Lourdes González-Vinceiro. We validated PLAMseq with CTCF & RNApol II and outperformed reference ChIPseq data from ENCODE. Used to characterize Histone H1 sumoylation and saw that it promotes interaction with SETDB1 and co-localization with H3K9me3 in specific repetitive regions.

PLAMseq enables the proteo-genomic characterization of chromatin-associated proteins and protein interactions in a single experimental workflow. Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP) and Co-Immunoprecipitation (CoIP) assays are the most common approaches to characterize the genomic localization and protein interactors, respectively, for a prote...

New preprint from the Lab at @cabimer.bsky.social. We present PLAMseq, using TurboID to do like ChIPseq and proximity proteomics in the same protocol with extra powers like mapping protein interactions in the genome.

PAPARRUCHA. Hay que decirlo mucho más.

I still think alike European repositories should be implemented.

1 year ago 0 0 0 0

I think is time in Europe we start our own Addgene, ATCC, bioRxiv and else!!! Apart than these can be blown up any time, it will spare us (at least in Spain) a lot of time in paperwork for douanes import.
