Not done the Keto diet for a few years as my blood sugar kept dropping too low to stay on it. But I tried again Monday and so far so good! I've lost loads of weight already but they are telling me I need to lose another stone, so here I go! Gonna Keto until mine and Stevie G's bday on the 30th May!
