I feel more “VLTs should be illegal” about LLMs. Humans have a strong tendency to anthropomorphise computers, goes all the way back to ELIZA.

Silicon Valley are exploiting that tendency to make their interesting but very limited tech seem human-like (and worth more venture $$$)

I started forcing myself to celebrate completing something. ex/ make time to find little positive things like signs I improved a skill, or that I did a thing while doing a better job taking breaks.
