truly, the first time mine went out they werent resetting and i ended up going to a chiropractor bc i was desperate

ribs are so evil dude, mine aren’t my MOST painful but the first time one went out it was for literally no reason. i knew something was Wrong and i was in pain but i didnt think it was enough pain to be dislocated. now they just do it periodically (but less since i did PT)

this year was difficult but so good, change is hard for me but it has all been for the best. ive had so much growth in almost every aspect of my life and im so proud of myself :’) and all of it has been rooted in standing up for what i believe in

tbh w retail too the biggest thing is just selling yourself 😭 depends on the kind of retail, but if you can sell yourself you can sell the product, or just showing that you can provide good customer service if its a more chill job! so like linking ur skills to what the business wants? they love it

tbh in my retail job it rarely made a difference if someone came in w a resume bc the likelihood of the manager being in isnt THAT high? like i think it can be good if you apply online and then bring a resume and be friendly w the employees?
