Second choice, if for quick meal would be Claypot Lap Mei Fan. It cooked with preserved meat, liver sausages and cured duck meat steamed with rice! 🍲✨️🌿❤️ it pairs well with a clean chicken broth too 🐓

First choice that comes to mind is Steamed Chinese Taro Pork Belly (芋头扣肉)! it's pork belly layered with yam and steamed together five spice powder sauce. It pairs well with soft steamed rice and blanched vegetables 😋🐗🥩🍠🌿
