Warm-Up Practice - Movements to Receive

Part of our warm-up collection. This practice can be used for all age groups with any size ball.

Start with throwing the ball before moving on to passing.

The 3-4-3 Amorim system provides time on the ball in deeper positions and draws centre backs out of the defensive line.
