I was trying to lose weight for years, but now it's happening easily because I just can't afford much food. Even though excess weight is bad for diabetes, malnourishment is also not good. I'm too anemic for this

I can't believe I have the flu/bronchitis on Eid😭 I wanted to at least have a good meal today, but instead it's bed rest, sinus headaches, tea, and crowdfund for medicine today
