I Love Furry is a new show set to debut at Bunker Projects this summer. The exhibition will collect images, texts, and more gathered via submission to prompts exploring different aspects of furry experience.

Digital painting. Two anthropomorphic german shepherd cops in blue uniforms push an anthro coyote prisoner in orange garb with brown belt into a brightly lit building interior while the coyote yells frantically over his right shoulder. Two more cops stand guard in front, as if their presence mattered in any way whatsoever, but really to accentuate a display of force. The cops faces are disfigured with the marks of blue dog skulls and red marks especially around the eyes and earpieces. One cop name plate reads "FORTY%", referencing a popular study on a conservative estimate of frequency that US police officers carry out domestic violence. The back of another cop uniform shows "SHEP-" before being cut off by another officer. Concentric uneven circles displace the art the further they stray from the coyote. Detailed lightly coloured scratches are seen behind the coyote, but few of them break the silhouettes of the cops.

Sitting next to the largest journal with blurred cursive handwriting is an orange and gold pen with flourishes, gifted to me from a fan at a convention. A thermos of hot beverage stands next to a ceramic cup Sasha made and used in our wedding ceremony. Behind the ceramic is an image of Sasha's fursona I wanted to keep next to me. On the unfinished drywall are many crayon scribbles, a white lightswitch plate, and diagrams of tongue and lip placement for pronouncing Mandarin Chinese. A ceramic cup created and gifted by Sasha's sister has Studio Ghibli fanart on the outside and inside. The cup holds a hot lentil dish we showed our stream members how to cook. An air purifier stands against the wall. Next to it is a small glass jar of plump medjool dates (used as a reward for especially hard studio sessions. A bowl of green apples on the table kinda makes me laugh, like it's a board room or family kitchen table.

What the US is purposefully doing to Cuba should be considered genocide.

Our job is to make it hard for them to isolate out individuals and small groups that they can demonize. Our job is to support the people in these edge cases. Because every bit of pushback they receive makes it harder for them to move onto the next people they'd like to target.

His long dragon tail circles as a composition element framing the space behind him. Character is underlit, casting cool shadows on a surface behind him. He has white hair tied behind his head, horns, and a white beard that is also tied. His palms and soles feature countershading. The foot doesn't look as horny as it could be, but it gets the job done. There are claws on the toes, if you care. I also scribbled some lines on the soles and lightly implied some scales around the body (ribbed for your pleasure), like western anthro dragons (the fucky ones) tend to have. This dragon has some eastern dragon design aspects especially in the face and tail, though.
