I was today years old when I realized that I falsely held “work” and “job” to be equivalent.

It has led me to devalue a great deal of my ‘gifts’, as these haven’t been tied to an external entity directly paying for it.

I suspect this is true of others, also.

And if you can’t have a permanent physical space, at minimum bring your teams together for 1-2 weeks periodically so they have time & space for deep dives and context sharing.
