I guess this more or less qualifies as another example of what I've sometimes referred to as "Musical Biz Dev Support", but given that is not a real job title, I think Special thanks is pretty good for what is inevitably one of the best games of the year. If you roll credits, text me a pic!
I neither wrote nor produced their stuff; I just happen to be a guy who knows a LOT of people, so I got to help Darren Korb in making things happen. Something similar happened in Hades, where I had the joy of connecting Masahiro Aoki and Daisuke Kurosawa for the epic boss fight with Hades himself.
I helped to facilitate and secure a couple of huge artist collabs on the soundtrack; listen closely for artist features from Louis Cole (of Knower) and Pau Figueroa (legendary Flamenco guitarist), amongst a couple of other special moments in the score 🙂

NEW CREDIT (kind of) GET (approximately) 😂
It's not quite new (I did this a while ago), and it's not quite a credit (at least not one of my usual ones), but for those of you preparing to skip work for the next few days to binge Hades 2 like the rest of us in the games industry...
I am still nerding out. I've met Rebecca at a party one time, and it was SO hard to stay cool during that haha
Jeff has been one of the unsung heroes of the VGM community ages as a violinist, composer of indie bangers, AND incredibly gifted arranger. He worked on the original show, and even wrote music on Steven Universe Future. I hope this album leads to more people realizing how awesome he really is!
The songs are gorgeous. They're evocative, adventurous, stylistically diverse, and a constant reminder of all the things that made me fall in love with Sugar's work as a song-writer in the first place. All credit for this gig goes to the amazing @jeffthatnoise.bsky.social, who produced the album!
Now that it's out...
I had the incredible honor of playing the cello and upright bass on the new album from @rebeccasugar.bsky.social, the animation legend and creator of Steven Universe. I've been a fan of them for ages, so this was SO hard to sit on 😅
I arrive in Tokyo ON the 17th!
Ahhhhh I wish. I'm in Yokohama at that time! Come say hi if you make it down to Tokyo :)
same, it's CORRECT
The homie @buttonmasher.bsky.social always comes to mind for this stuff!
dude, same for that insanely stunning chrono-trigger-y RPG you're doing, that bowled me over when I saw the debut trailer!
The legend himself, Yasunori Nishiki, is joining us on Goldman! The soup that me, Kevin Penkin, and Pete Lepley have been cooking just got INFINITELY more enticing ❤️

Your stuff is literally always insane. Permanently mind-blown by the writing on display-- fantastic work, like usual!
I love every one of these composers, but I think the percentage of population who’d think of them when they hear the words “film composer” is almost definitely a rounding error. John Williams and Hans Zimmer all but OWN the term in the popular imagination 😅
the way someone told me "make an angry face" and I just thought EVERYONE WAS DOING IT
Now, initial is intentional because if we have a couple prominent examples of Japanese creators getting held up by ICE or failing to make it in, I think this could change really fast…
Honestly, I’m not convinced it’ll have a ton of initial impact on anime-based events sourcing talent from Japan. Coming back from there just now, the overwhelming vibe I’ve got from my Japanese collaborators is that a lot of the news from America isn’t reaching them in detail.
Heading out to GDC later today, but to quickly announce one more credit before I go... I'm the pirate crew in "The King of Wayward Souls (Self-Proclaimed, but Destined!)" for Wuthering Waves! Another @adamgubman.bsky.social banger in the books. What a tune!

Coke works well for this, too! I've always just told people "sorry, I don't drink." If you're intentional with it, they normally back off. If they don't, then they're TRYING to push you into vulnerability, in which case you need to avoid that person asap and get outta there!
Let’s do it!
DM me! Let’s chat.
I’m going to be attending GDC the entire week, Sunday through Sunday, and would love to talk to you about how the seasoned badasses at Interleave can be elevating your next project.
And for my absolute rockstar friends who are looking for their next place to call home… We’re hiring ❤️ talk to me!
Having now joined the world of external development… Well, if you’ve ever wanted the chance to work together on making your game sound even more amazing, let’s do it! For the first time in years, I’m actually available for those sorts of things 😅
They’ve previously worked on music, sound, tech, or VO for a massive range of titles that includes (amongst so many others) Horizon Forbidden West, Gears of War, Warhammer, FIFA, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Doctor Who, and many dozens of other spectacular franchises across the world of media!
I am SO psyched to reveal that I have joined the top-notch team at Interleave as their new Senior Composer, Music & Audio Director. Interleave’s an OUTSTANDING music and audio team whose current projects include Bioshock 4, The Outer Worlds 2, and a ton of other exciting AAA titles.
I had the joy of music-consulting for (and, randomly, doing some synth design on) the official Naruto: The Symphonic Experience tour! This is a nation-wide tour of the legendary Naruto OST, live to picture (which is pretty darn cool, if I say so myself!)
だってばよ!
BELIEVE IT!
