i don't know what AI brainrot has made otherwise prolific and proficient coders think that there's suddenly no distinguishing factors between good code, code written with artistry, and bad code, but it's baffling when this is a thing that we can measure and have measured in the past and they know it
This is a rather incredible window into a reactionary mindset, because Daniel Vávra seems like he genuinely wanted to tell a story that included a gay romance subplot in spite of pushback, but refuses to extend that understanding to other writers and developers who also want to tell their stories...
It is probably the most impressive feeling sailing, only rivaled by Black Flag I suppose?
I really disliked the stark contrast in art style coming from OoT, but it kinda grew on me after I played the HD remaster.
And while the sailing feels good, it is boring as fuck exploration to me. lol
I forgot so many details about people that have partially come back (occasionally embarassingly late) and it's just... weird?
Quite possible that it'll forever be a kinda floaty feeling and I'll just deal with it being there I suppose.

Kinda funny. My depression has improved a lot in the last 2 years (helps to gtfo certain hellsites...) and my memory has improved accordingly, but I guess I'll never get rid of that feeling that I forgot something else still.
