There is no evidence that paracetamol causes autism - this is just another ploy to 'keep women in their place'.

If you are in pain - take painkillers - if you are pregnant there is evidence that paracetamol is safe to take, I would not have got through either of mine with out it.

Paracetamol is one of the safe painkillers that pregnant women can take - by saying not to take it its going to leave those in pain still in pain with nothing to relieve it - chronic pain is a real mental health trigger (is in me anyway).

Additionally - they get a financial incentive to break the record so there’s no point breaking it by loads when you get more if you break it cm by cm
