Heh well they looked much worse.

Then don’t?
I'm thinking we're to the "General Strike and Take to the Streets" portion of the program. Either the "opposition" joins up with that, or they get out too.
"Ah, nearly lunch, lets see what news is going OH MY FUCKING GOD! WHAT IS HAPPENING?!?!?"
I’m just numb at this point. Go team.
Very clever of Arteta getting rid of these distractions like cup after parties and semi finals, so Arsenal can focus on champions league and the prem. #4DChess #Arsenal
Man. Carabou cup feels like it was three years ago.
Princess Donut: CARL THEY ARE GOING TO MAKE A TV SHOW ABOUT US! BUT SOME BIRD IS DOING IT - I DON'T THINK BIRDS MAKE VERY GOOD DIRECTORS, DO YOU CARL?
Carl: Its not a bird. Its being shown on Peacock. A streaming service...
Princess Donut: BUT NO ONE WATCHES PEACOCK CARL!
It is so disappointing that a species that can fling people on a flaming comet of fire into space and around its moon, also chooses to use that fire to destroy each other.
Its insanity.
I did try. That was the point.
Same thing happens in my state of Indiana. I'd run for something here if I thought there was any chance of not being eaten by the machine. But if the local dems don't get you, the GOP in my state will.
Its pretty bad when Alex Jones says you don't look healthy and ramble too much. 😂
The rats are realizing their movement dies with him.
Its been a while, but the past couple days Claude Code is acting dumb again. I've also noticed it just stops responding on a task, then when you wake it up and say "Hey, you're stuck" its kind of a dick.
I'm now wondering if every time CC gets dumber, it means a new release is coming...
Maybe sane people from both parties need to come together and let their government know that the time of billionaires, graft, and corruption is over.
I have little doubt that any power the Democrats get will be used on the wrong fights, to not actually fix a damn thing. And I know this because this is what they did from 2021-2024.
The minute dems get a majority it'll turn into a intra-party fight.
Absolutely. Why import a library for 10% of its functionality when you can have Claude just invent that 10% of functionality you needed, and have it directly integrated.
AI coding changes the landscape and how you think about solutions a lot.
All amendments are cancelled until morale improves.
I second Bun and Hono. Although I've been having AI do most of it, it seems pretty solid.
God dammit can I just live in a normal country for more than 3 years at a stretch please.
Or... maybe we won't, because everyone will keep their apps to themselves and not share them with others because they'll be too personalized, or personal. And why buy apps when you can "just make your own"?
I have no clue - but its going to be interesting to see how the market changes.
I'm thinking that as AI democratizes who can build apps, and because of this creativity of the dev process, we are going to see some pretty crazy new stuff when people can make the software that THEY need, not a company.
We might see the biggest Cambrian explosion of apps, since the first iPhone.
When I stop (mostly) caring what the code is and instead think more about what experience I want from the application, I feel I'm being much MORE creative. I can very quickly experiment. I can add bling I would have never considered before, purely because its "cheap."
Coding with AI is more like sculpting. I start with a big block and take big slices out of the functionality, roughing it all out to get the basic shape. Then I move down the order from large details to medium, to small. Don't waste time on CSS bugs when the button needs to work first.
In this type of coding, I'm constantly thinking about efficiency of action. Reuse code, find the best library, build with the best tools - so that I can theoretically increase my productivity. (Not counting finding and maintaining those libraries...)
I've recognized something important about how I code with AI vs coding by hand.
When coding by hand, I think like an architect. I plan, I measure twice, I make sure all of the surfaces align nicely before I put them together. There's a lot of back and forth, a lot of mental juggling of info.
Excuse me sir, can I tell you the Good Gnus about our Lord and Savior Linux?
It’s funny because all day I’ve been seeing articles about this and NO ONE is calling it gulf of America.
Wait I was told we wouldn’t have Death Panels?
It’s an interesting logo but the idea of a logo for the idea of exact standardized measurement being unsymmetrical and uneven kind of weirds me out. :)
