Lots of snow, low temperatures and poorly insulated homes are the perfect recipe for ice dams. A home energy assessment can help you know if upgrades are needed and find savings for insulation and weatherization.

More than 50% of a home’s energy use is heating & cooling. New homes built to MA’s stretch energy codes require LESS ENERGY to stay warm or cool. Existing homes can power up energy performance and lower costs with the Mass Save programs or programs offered by municipal providers.
