Is there a way to run your own software on an iPhone for free?

I guess I could just host some obscure pwa's but I wish I could run native code just for myself....

I guess the point is I’d like to be able to load my own software on my iPhone without going through review and publishing (and have that software be durable). I got mixed up with the developer program being 100 usd per year.

Personally I’d like to be able to write my own utility apps without paying $100 per app to have the signed APKs last longer than 7 days
