4) But the news thinks they are
5) Iran is pissed off about the ship
6) both sides claiming the other broke the ceasefire (it was the US)

I think that nullifies any expectation of atty/client privilege regarding the topics covered in that letter, but can you expand on that and explain why it's not smart to do that?
