Yeah me it is Major Depression Disorder, Anxiety, Diabetes 2, fibromyalgia and I get chronic migraines. It’s fun being me. lol

Yeah I have both. Right now my BO is 132/81 and my sugar is 8.1. But I’ve been bad and they’re playing with my meds again. Also with moms hospital trips stress is at an abundance here.

An on line Ottawa - Gatineau recreational cycling map - Hans on the Bike - Cycling in Ottawa and beyond This is an excellent online, interactive map you can zoom in and out, giving you the most detail fo the recreational bike paths in the region.

I created an on line map of the Ottawa - Gatineau #cycling network. For the fun of it, I added numbers to the nodes in the #bike network, based on what they do in the #Netherlands and #Belgium. There, it is a smart wayfinding system. Here I created just the concept on line. #ottbike @timtierney.ca
