Man I love my therapist. She's only ADHD trauma informed not autistic but she knows a bit about autism and the crossover with both of those is real esp for me. I'm so glad I found her and my mom will continue to pay for her bc I NEED to talk my feelings out. It makes a lot fo things clearer for me
