Your life is a product of your consciousness.

We weren't meant to live this fast.
That's why our bodies push back with anxiety, exhaustion, and illness.
We were made for slowness, connection, care, nature, laughter, and deep presence.
That's where we belong.
That's where we can return.
Your outer world is merely a reflective mirror echoing back the assumptions you've accepted as truth.
The person living rent-free in your head isn't really them.
It's the part of yourself you haven't finished processing
yet.
Honestly, not that hard to believe.
Psychedelics might be the only class of drugs I know that can basically tell you to stop doing psychedelics.
I haven’t personally been kicked out of the DMT realm, but I do have 2 psychonaut friends who say they have.
In both cases, the entities told them they were being kicked out for using the sacrament irresponsibly or with the wrong intentions.
Nothing is worse than getting what you want instead of getting what you need.
People believe what they want to believe.
And what they want to believe is whatever allows them to justify what they want to do.
Carina's story goes deeper than this thread.

Portrait of Carina Leveriza-Franz.
Today Carina is a hiking guide in Sedona, Arizona 🏜️
Turns out she doesn't regret a thing.
If you've ever benefited from MDMA... you might owe a quiet thank you to a hiking guide in Sedona.
I sure am.
Last but not least...
Here's the wildest part:
The court records documenting the entire downfall of the operation never mention Syn Labs.
Not once.
The DEA very likely took it all down without ever discovering her front company.
So, what happened to her?
Black and white photograph of a crowded UK warehouse rave circa late 1980s, showing young people dancing and gathered in a dark industrial venue during the Second Summer of Love era.
By 1991 she'd moved the lab to Brazil.
Output: 500,000 doses a month. For ten months straight 🇧🇷
Built to supply the European rave scene during the Second Summer of Love 💊
And nobody knew her name.

While running the MDMA operation, Carina was presenting at government research workshops alongside scientists from IBM and Lawrence Livermore National Lab 🔬
The DEA's profile for a drug chemist doesn't usually include "Department of Energy workshop attendee" 😅
Then...
She didn't just cook it — she scaled the operation to 500,000 doses a month.
The most important ecstasy chemist you've never heard of.
And her cover story was absolutely insane...
Black and white photograph of Intel Corporation's offices circa 1980s, showing the building exterior with vintage cars in the parking lot and the Intel logo sign visible on the right
The woman behind it was Carina Leveriza-Franz, who was a former Intel R&D chemist & Filipina immigrant.
She cooked for the "Texas Group" — the biggest ecstasy network of the '80s.
Their leader got mythologized in history.
But he didn't cook a single gram.
She did.
The company was called Syn Labs.
It wasn't a shell company.
It was a legit semiconductor firm that launched real products — "in cooperation with Intel."
While running an illegal MDMA lab across the border 🤯
It gets wilder...

In 1989, a small tech company sued a government-backed consortium for allegedly stealing their research.
Standard Silicon Valley IP dispute.
One problem: the founders were also running an illegal MDMA lab in Mexico producing 20kg a month.
This is a true story 🧵
Dance now and dance hard before the music is gone.
For our borrowed bodies are all temporarily bouncing around this ballroom, until the musicians bring us home.
People don’t want you to be the best version of yourself.
They want you to be the version of you that best serves them.
The only problem with MDMA is that it wears off.
Affirmation without discipline is the beginning of delusion.
Life is like a camera… focus on what’s important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don’t work out, take another shot 📸
A stylized illustration split down the center. On the left, two glowing human figures, a man and a woman, stand close together with relaxed, happy expressions, their bodies made of smooth, bright light. A small heart symbol floats above them. On the right, two darker, stone like humanoid figures stand side by side, their bodies cracked and breaking apart into fragments that drift away. The left side feels warm and hopeful, while the right side appears cold and deteriorating.
Most of us fall in love with an image, not a real person 💑
We select the parts we like (consciously and subconsciously), ignore the parts we do not like & then later feel betrayed when the rest of the human being shows up.
Therein lies most of the suffering in relationships.
Thanksgiving was lit last night
You don't need anything else at this level of awareness... just yourself 🧙🏽♂️
To feel life is meaningless unless "I" can be permanent is like having desperately fallen in love with an inch.
Insomnia and anxiety are your minds' revenge for all the thoughts you've refused to have consciously during the day.
When my doctor told me that I am able to astral project at night... I was beside myself.
