A week of meditation in December!
Playing around with AI.
This Sunday!
Felt like taking a moody, existentially angsty, profoundly self-centered selfie. Enjoy. #theartiste
Who does not need help with tension?
A little animation with the help of AI #midjourney
Is your body uncomfortable when you meditate? Do you experience tightness or holding in your neck, shoulders or back? Or perhaps you just want to explore the physical aspect of meditation more fully? This workshop offers practical instruction on how to release habitual patterns of tension.
Adulting is a lot. Let’s practice being human.
If life feels a bit much with career shifts, changing relationships, and too many screens, you’re not alone.

I’m watching the documentary on The Biggest Loser and I feel gloriously vindicated. I always loathed it. Never managed a full episode (just snippets here and there) but even those were enough to make my skin crawl. ..
We hope to see you on Sunday. We also hope the video did not get all cropped up #newbie #NYC #meditation
What is the actual practice? Being with things as they are. Not affecting airs to appear spiritual but meeting this moment in its realest, rawest, most authentic state.
