Every time I see a piece of yours I can't help but "wow" under my breath. Just really fantastic stuff, man.

Nelly is definitely a card engine, but is not providing advantage because she's giving your opponents cards too. She doesn't reward you for basic game actions like drawing or playing lands, and she requires that your opponents assist you with your strategy. She isn't winning you a game on her own.
