Garlic pro-tip I just learned: if your recipe calls for raw garlic but you don’t want that sharpness, chop it up and let it sit in lemon juice, al la ceviche, for 20 minutes. It’ll smooth the flavor out like you roasted it.

So any time the agent does something you don't want, you don't add a constraint to the .md files, you have it create a linter to check for it. When the agent gens code it runs the linters and has to adjust it's code based on those constraints. This takes the fuzzyness out of .md files

Harness engineering: leveraging Codex in an agent-first world By Ryan Lopopolo, Member of the Technical Staff

An interesting take on agentic based development. What they outline is definitely to the extreme, but one of the things I really like is using custom linters to enforce code/design constraints instead of scattering stuff like "MUST NOT..." or "NEVER..." around .md files

A whole mess of future cherries to snack on during my morning coffee walk

Reminder: cherries go surprisingly well with coffee

Good call. I dug about in the soil but there was nothing interesting. Which made it easier to pick the front as one of the two trunks has some good movement in it

When I put moss on in the fall it usually develops well over the winter (PNW as well), but spring moss is hit and miss.

Just practicing the process of #bonsai design on this $25 juniper material (for a friend); front selection, apex and defining branch, deadwood, negative space, wiring, etc

It’s a little too symmetrical and lacks a solid defining branch, but it was a good exercise

I want to use Apply Music because it's right there, but it's so bad. Apple does design so well, except for their Music app. The playlists are shit, the recommendations are shit, the UX is shit. I'm like, "Apple please! Give me a good alternative to Spotify" and Apple like "naaa we're good"
