We still have no idea who the ICE agents are. They could be insurrectionists, extremist militiamen or criminals themselves, chasing law-abiding citizens down the street for recording their kidnappings. The odds they aren't are low. Congress must raise hell about this. A masked gang runs our country.

That said, it’s encouraging to see progress on banning trawling and mining of oceans. But clearly it’s not near enough.

“The US did not attend” - again this feels like a failing of the Democrats. While an official administration delegation was obviously not going to attend it sure feels like an opposition party representing a majority of US citizens would have been a welcome group. Go anyway. Make a spectacle of it.
