Now days she spends most of her time at the school, teaching anyone who wants to learn. Or with NW.

Night walkers gang rose to infamy, her new wife rising in popularity as well. She had her name from her life, but was known amongst the people as Persephone, bringer of death. Specifically, to those who wrong the weak.

Natural throughout this time working with NW she couldn’t help but fall in love with her hero, so determined to save these girls. When she was with NW for the first time in life or death, she felt lucky.

The feeling was mutual, as with Persephone help NW’s gang took out their biggest rival.

Persephone had developed teleportation using the void energy from her lifeless body. Specifically she could use her tail to create portals, aiding in the escape from the raids. She also dabbled in healing magic, which she’d teach the girls as well.

They quickly realized, most of the girls had no where to go once free. So together they created a little school out of their house. It provided the girls safe housing, while Persephone taught them basic skills like cooking, cleaning, basic math, as well as magic.

Night walkers gang was able to shut down the club, rescuing the girls including Persephone. This, is exactly what she’d been waiting for. Offering what little cash and resources she had, she begged NightWalker to help her take down the rest of the ring.

NW agreed, and slowly they began tracking.

Gaining their trust until she felt she had some leeway. Then she began stashing half of her ‘tips’ most of it not always cash some of it jewelry. Whatever she could she tucked away.

Until one day, the local gangs boss arrived. After all, they were on her terf, doing biz without her permission.

She was taken to their strip club, relieved that’s all it would be. After all, she would do what it takes to survive. Unfortunately she quickly learned said club was only a front for the real business, the under worlds sex ring.

She did as she was told, keeping quiet and obeying orders

Persephone was never much of the lucky type. She died at age 34 due to poisoning. Instead of going somewhere golden she was sent down to the underworld. Almost as soon as she arrived she was taken in by overlords with devious intentions. +
