It also looks like you provide for pretty much everything I would like to see in a game about dramatic vampires. Also love that you have scene tags and mechanics for players establishing facts in the fiction beyond when asked to do so by the GM - two even! So yeah, looks very nice so far - thanks!

Beyond that the mechanics seem solid to me (caveat: not a designer), but would have to see them in action. Your rolls seem to be fine to insert into the narrative with too much technical discussion (a few sessions in), though that is pretty much what I'd like to verify in a game.

Ok, since you offer - I do like what I have read so far (up to pg. 70, just before character generation.) I like how you carry the tone into text and mechanics, the "attitude" if that makes sense?

There are a whole lot of people for whom reading such literature is primarily a status symbol. Most readers of these books are not, of course, but I met too many of them to discount them as a significant faction. A telltale sign seems to be constant mentioning of Man Booker awards for some reason.
