Trying to ”look better” via exercise is exactly what delayed me and my homies’ transitions for years. We didn’t love our bodies, so maybe we just needed to exercise in order to start loving ourselves…it made us even more depressed and one of us almost killed herself bc surprise: it doesn’t work.
