Bicycle infrastructure has a minimal footprint that preserves nature and enhances our surroundings. Car infrastructure demands the opposite. It clears the landscape and sterilizes our environment, quite literally paving over the very things that make our world enjoyable.
The @transit.app people do a *tremendous* job of incentivizing you to tell them about what's up with the bus by constantly being like "look at all the avatars of other people you've helped". From an app design perspective it's fascinating.
