As expected, the UCP are invoking time allocation in the legislature right now—only one hour of debate on Bill 2, which will force striking teachers back to work, will be allowed.

Despite what the #ucp keeps claiming most of Alberta's population growth came from people who moved from other provinces. Yet the government who ran a campaign called "Alberta is calling" now seems completely unprepared that these new people might have kids that need to go to school.

We no longer have a functioning democracy in AB. UCP refuse to listen to Albertan’s & are using the privilege of being a majority government to ram through legislation without proper debate. Each & every 1 of the UCP MLA’s need to be held criminally responsible for every single act of harm. #abpoli
