I've never understood this concept. How does one "save face" by doing something if everyone understands that the move is being made JUST to save face?

And now there's reporting that they've left back doors into the systems. That's not read-only access. Even the first reports of access and what they were doing would have had another agency's Authority to Operate pulled completely until the systems were replaced. This is incredibly dangerous!

What's with all the strongly worded letters and cleverly named legislation that won't go anywhere? We need action on this!
