Europe is good for my heart with the amount of walking I'm putting in
No more sitting at the desk! 🙌🙌
But my social battery is also taking hit 😂
I need proper alone time for my template!

The weirdest thing this week so far is taking supply chain lessons in a room similar to court room 😄
It's still one of the most beautiful room I've ever been in though
On other note: 30 mins window to take care of my emailing for Notion, that should be good right?
I know it's like 5:45pm in the US but I am ready to go to bed
Will pick things up tomorrow!
P/s: I don't have jet lag, so is it a blessing or a curse?
I guess it's morning in the US now
Just arrived in hotel, kind of love the weather in UK now
Dinner with the team tonight, right now I just want to take a nap 😂
3-hours sleep and 1 coffee to hold me together, at least I made notes what I'm gonna do to my Notion biz 🤘
#NotionOnTheGo
Working on this Notion side biz.
Hoping my flight isn't delayed or cancelled because of the weather.
Also remembered I need to train people on SQL.
Honestly, I didn’t plan to build a life like this.
But it’s kind of working.

1 day until my flight to Europe.
⛈️ Weather advisory just dropped
📦 Still haven’t packed
👕 Laundry done (small win)
📬 Email scheduled for next week
💻 Back in Notion after finishing work
Life balance? No.
I call this “chaotic precision.”
The thing about Replit is that at least for me personally,
it helps cut down the need for massive database or different databases in the same Notion template
2 days until I fly to Europe.
✅ More Replit x Notion ideas
✅ New Notion template almost ready for freelancers
✅ Aggressively attacking overdue day job tasks
Time management?
No.
It’s a boss battle.
#NotionBuilder
Next 2 days plan will be:
- Work
- Pack
- Finish up a book I'm reading
- Laundry
- More Notion related business
- Have at least 1 blog ready
Just got home.
✅ Showered
✅ Chugged water
✅ Spent 3 hours at the airport tweaking my Notion template like it was national treasure
Now I’m staring at my blog calendar like:
“You better behave while I’m in Europe.”
Replit and I are still in the “we tolerate each other” phase.
But slowly, we’re becoming friends.
(Mostly because I need it to behave before I fly to Europe and disappear into timezone chaos.)
Mass-duplicating things for warehouse training
Taking a “break” by… working on my own Notion template.
Still fumbling my way through Replit.
Flying back home tomorrow.
Flying to Europe Saturday.
You could say things are calm and under control. 😅

Built more with Replit x Notion
Everything is good so far
I'm falling into a rabbit hole 😜
#NotionxReplit #Buildinpublic
Memorial Day special:
✈️ Plane Wi-Fi (later today - yes, travel for work again)
💻 Replit x Notion testing
🧠 Brain switching between API & newsletter headlines
This is what happens when you have way too much fun as a creator
And I wouldn't change a thing.
Most people end their Sunday smelling like charcoal and sunscreen.
I smell like stress, ambition, and Notion dark mode.
But Business OS is looking cleaner than ever.
Shipping season isn’t seasonal.
Messing around with Notion x Replit
#Notion #Buildinpublic
I basically travel nonstop since February up until now
And then there was a Notion request for a quick edit / fix, eventually they turned into something more
And the one I'm working on right now evolves into something bigger than expected 👀
Everyone else is planning for BBQ.
I’m debugging a Notion template that’s acting like it pays rent.
Every weekend turns to “Memorize Database Relations Weekend.”
Business OS doesn’t sleep — so neither do I.
Birthday dinner for my sister ✅
Full belly, full heart.
Now back in bed with my laptop… because these Notion layouts aren’t going to fix themselves.
Some people party. I prefer duplicating dashboards
#NotionCreatorLife
It’s 94°F outside.
I’m inside building custom Notion layouts like it’s a competitive sport.
Banks's music on full blast.
Me, dragging a database block like my life depends on it.
Saturday, Notion-style.
My current workspace:
Left monitor: flight confirmation
Right monitor: Notion formula debugger
Brain: buffering

People ask: “Where do you usually work from?”
I say:
"Gate B-27"
"Marriott Wi-Fi"
"My seat on the plane before it takes flight..."
Late night thought 140:
🧳 Packing for tomorrow's flight
🌀 Wondering if I’ll travel again before Europe
But still… I’m thinking about the Business OS that I created
Sleep is for the well-adjusted.
Simulating a warehouse feels like building IKEA furniture while someone yells “Faster!”
But hey — at least I got the data and layout.
Will it break the already built functionality? Pretty sure
All in all, things are going swimmingly
My boss is paying for dinner tonight 🍽️
Which is great because I’m:
Still simulating a warehouse
Flying home tomorrow
Potentially flying again before Europe
Meanwhile I’m in Notion like:
"How in the world to make custom layout looks nice?"
Wrapping up my newsletter for my company
while finishing a client dashboard,
while fixing a formula,
while fighting the urge to sleep.
People think Notion creators just “drag and drop.”
No.
We battle demons in formula syntax.
We test. Break. Cry. Then fix.
Currently on my 3rd coffee and 5th “Why is this not working???”
Devs: Ctrl+Z
Notioners: PTSD
Today I simulated a few things for training in the warehouse.
By "simulated" I mean:
Extracting locations data to fake the layout
Making up orders to process
Breaking things in the system
Me whispering to myself: “This is fine.”
Logistics? ✅
Reality? A well-staged illusion.
I don’t have a logo.
I don’t have a brand color.
Sometimes I don’t even have the will to keep going.
But people will know me as:
🧠 the person who builds Notion dashboards
😵 while deleting work emails
🔥 and quietly spiraling in airports and hotels
That’s my branding.
Nobody talks about:
Sending work emails at 5PM
Then tweaking your Notion template at 5:03PM
Then forgetting to eat dinner because you’re testing formulas and automation
…all so one day your systems run smooth before your brain does.
