Over the weekend, I started my #voiceover business after a long hiatus from #VO in general. New house, new job, etc...
Bought the premium plan on VDC and got to work. I managed to do 50+ auditions over the span of three days, which might not seem like a lot...
But I'm proud of myself.

Working 4x10s makes it hard to want to audition during the week. Last night, I actually auditioned for several projects, and during one audition, my buddy called and asked me to play Overwatch. I turned him down and finished recording.
I'm proud of myself for that.

Nice! I was just thinking about this over the weekend.
I took some classes at a local voice over studio/school. It was a great place to start. There may be one near you. There are also several places for online/remote classes.
You could also join a VO discord and read through the resources they usually provide and join in on the practice sessions.
This is a very fun premise for a comedic audio drama set in a DnD world. Check it out!

Thread Preferences in your settings. I turned on "most-liked first" and the "experimental" settings, which allows nested comments like they have on Reddit.
For anyone that uses Reddit and likes the threaded comment system there, you can click the hamburger button, and then it's Settings > Content and Media > Thread Preferences.
You can see that I have "Most-liked first" on, but more importantly, I have "Experimental" on which allows nested comments.
My wife and I enjoyed it, but we really wanted a bigger reveal on the "real" Kevin.
Waking up on a Monday like, really? Again, with this?
I struggled for two hours on tech issues, but then finished a slew of auditions, so I'd consider today successful!
