AFAIK, the city has responsibility for these sorts of maintenance issues … they’re the ones sweeping the paths, painting the lines, doing snow removal and clearing the stairs at the east end of the bridge

And if it’s because there’s still a very small amount of snow near the canal itself?

That’d be rich since the city has absolutely no qualms about dumping windrows of snow across sidewalks and onto bus stops!

Went to Gatineau Park this afternoon

Lots of loose gravel on Voygeurs Path west of Commanda - from top of the hill to the UQO

Also lots of loose gravel on the pathway from Boul. Alex-Tache to P3

Some snow patches from P2 to Pink Lk (very passable)

More snow about 2/3rds of the way up Pink
