Yesterday, Ford's defense for changing FOI rules "to protect ourselves against the communist Chinese" is the MOST OUTRAGEOUS SPIN I have ever heard uttered by an ON politician.

What were once almost certain fundable scores have become coin flips and what used to be likely grants have become aspirational, leading to fewer awards.
