Best thing I can share: Body dysmorphia is a bitch. You aren't always seeing your reality. Focus on how your body feels (is it getting easier to do things?) & how your clothes fit (are your undies a little less snug?) rather than what you see in the mirror. You're doing a fantastic job!

We all have these thoughts. Even at my age I struggle with my view of myself constantly. In my opinion, for what it's worth, you're very handsome.
