There’s things I can do to try and mitigate it for future pots, but the ones that are blistered can’t be rescued now.

Throwing the pots is the part of the process I’m most comfortable with and enjoy the most, by far.

The frustration with the porcelain is that by and large it’s not failing because of my making (ok, I’ve had a few of those failures but they’re less annoying) but because of some weird chemical interaction in the kiln I’m not in control of.

Mostly been getting frustrated with porcelain. Keep making nice forms that then fail or otherwise don’t work once glazed. This bowl, for example, which I liked very much but which has blistered in the firing.
