If you liked Evil Dead Rise I’m pretty sure you’ll love this. I had such low expectations from that trailer, but it was so vile and gnarly 😮‍💨

Lee Cronin’s THE MUMMY takes its time to fully develop lore and mystery that kept me on the edge of my seat. I didn't expect to cry in the first twenty minutes, but afterwards Cronin goes full Seven meets Evil Dead meets The Exorcist and doesn’t hold back on any gore. 100% traumatised!

READY OR NOT: HERE I COME walks a similar path as the previous film, but also expands on its lore. Saying that, it does tone down on the gore, violence and laughs but goes for a more grounded feeling this time. The first two acts are fun, while the third act will have mixed reactions.

Wouldn’t be surprised if he uses a nuke. Then what? Still crickets?

So you’re all just going to sit there and watch him commit genocide huh?

Fantasia turns 30 this summer, and we’re unveiling the 30th edition poster!

Created by Donald Caron (his 17th!), the artwork draws from Macbeth, Greek myth, and The Three Ages of Women to conjure three generations of sorceresses summoning the Cheval Noir.

Two weeks left to submit before April 15!

Alana Haim clocked in and knew exactly what we wanted — DRAMA. It got a few chuckles out of me, but the big twist didn’t need that much back story, tbh. The dream sequences are so good (no surprise there, director of DREAM SCENARIO), just wish it went either darker or funnier. #TheDramaMovie

So I’ve passed the halfway point on Heated Rivalry — watched episode 4. I absolutely DESPISED that episode. I also feel like at this point, there’s just no narrative or anything interesting about this series. It’s softcore porn with a sprinkle of hockey thrown in there. Very underwhelming.

Definitely Milford Sound and the west coast on the South Island + Wellington. Lots of feelings there.
