Made it to Setzer’s big flashback in FFVI today. What a perfectly distilled example of what makes games awesome. Easily my favorite moment of VI so far.

Was hoping for a little more Fox McCloud in the Star Fox Movie.

Definitely where I'm coming from. If we're going to get upity about difficulty, it's pretty absurd to do so in the realm of XP-based RPGs with no level scaling.

The back in my day FF was hard crowd comes out every time and I don't get it. They always mention turning off encounters as if getting more XP and levels wouldn't make the game easier. Also, we just plain haven't died so quick saves are kind of an irellevant mention.
