Everyone is walking a fine line.

And what I mean by that is we are all dealing with this right now in different ways. Anger, sarcasm, rage. Even laughter. So my advice? Only advice is to express yourself. Write, make art, create. Even meditate. Walk around the block. But do something, not nothing.

I've even seen people alter it a number of times substituting such disgusting, derogatory words as "Tea" & taking out the "Smoke" part. Most of these atrocities I have found on Instagram and FB. Problem with quotes are that if they aren't in one of your books or copywritten that idiots can steal or alter them. Same goes for another quote of mine wrote around the same time period about words being powerful. Sometimes the writing & poetry communities can be pretty disgusting and just as bad as unoriginal vulture AI bots with no talent or conscience. #rmengelhardt

At the end of the day, you should try to remember that it's not about the number of followers you have or the numbers of likes, comments, and shares your posts are getting. It's the number of people who will be present in the hospital room when you fall terribly sick. It's the number of people who will remember your birthday like they remember their first name.
