It has been pointed out to me that the Japanese Ambassador to the UK took Paddington bear to Japan to visit Studio Ghibli themed attractions
This feels endearing in a world where much of diplomacy is increasingly about hard power and brusque politics

In Super Mario 64/DS, drowning overrides other death animations. As such, if the player character dies from fall damage while about to swim, he will appear to be so bad at swimming that he drowns immediately upon touching water.
