تُعتبر السلتة الطبق الوطني في اليمن، وتتميز بمكوناتها الفريدة مثل الحلبة واللحم والخضروات. تُقدم عادةً مع خبز الطاوة، وتُعد رمزًا للضيافة اليمنية.
