Canadian here. I can't remember when I last bought something I knew was a product of the USA. In the last week I bought vegetables from Mexico, Colombia and Peru, and a loom from Ukraine. I'm also finding more local products. We will survive without our southern neighbours. Good luck.

The nearest emergency room to me is a half hour drive down a treacherous highway. There is no urgent care in my town, and I don't have a primary care physician. If I am sick or injured I manage it myself as best I can. Urgent care would be nice
