Just back from 5km around the woods with Chewie ❤️ It was beautiful. A bit misty, with a thick frost glistening in the sunlight. But I mostly walked instead of running. Realised I was embarrassed to try to run at my current size 🤦‍♀️ Made me very sad but a very strong motivator to sort things out...
