I don't get the chance to see the #Canucks very often these days, so I'm glad to get in-person looks at D-Petey, Lekkerimaki, and Cootes.
The Edmonton Oil Kings line of Dylan Dean (1g, 1a), Andrew O'Neill (1g, 1a), and Joe Iginla have been dominant through two periods. This line is going to be a problem this season.

Wouldn't be surprised to see Gavin McKenna go this route after the Memorial Cup. Have to wonder how often this is going to happen to CHL teams moving forward before they want to modify the agreement. #WHL #CHL #NHLDraft
D-Petey finished his first NHL game with 2 hits, a blocked shot, and was +1 in 10:37 of ice time.
He played to his defensive strengths with good reads and positioning.
I'd give him a solid B grade.
